STRATEGIC FORGING
Shell 105 MM (BB)
It is a high explosive extended range (HEER) Shell. Better fragmentation is achieved by introducing high quality steel alloy (AISI-9260) and thinning the body of the shell. The optimised ballistic shape of the shell improve the ballistic co- efficient (Reduced drag) & provide better accuracy. The Base Bleed Unit (BBU) at base reduces the drag and gives additional thrust to carry the shell further.
